Sales are cool, but if there is a serious mishap with your product, we will give our best to make things right.
Return Protocol
- Send us a signal within 48 Earth hours of receiving your product. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days of the order.
- Send high-resolution images of the issue along with your order details.
Damaged Product Policy
- Faulty Products: Rips, holes, and other serious damages as long as they are not a part of our cool design – we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible!
- Wrong Images: Ordered an Earth design but got a Mars one? Don’t worry, we’ll ship you the right one.
- Print Errors: Did the printing go haywire like a cosmic catastrophe? Relax, we’ll solve that too!
Customer Responsibility
- We can’t take responsibility for lost packages due to wrong addresses. Double-check those coordinates!
- If an order is canceled it is processed, the order will be cancelled immediately, and the entire amount will be refunded in credits. However, if the product is ready/shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on product availability, quantity, or pricing inaccuracies. Additional verification may be requested before accepting an order.
- If your package gets launched back because of a wrong shipping coordinate, re-shipping is on you.
- Changing sizes or having buyer’s remorse isn’t covered here. You’ll need to place a new order for that.
- Refunds are processed as store credits, not any global currency. Refund validity is within 7 Earth days of product purchase.
